台风橙色预警，超强台风“尼伯特”来袭

中央气象台7月7日06时发布台风橙色预警，并启动二级应急响应。今年第1号台风“尼伯特”（超强台风级）的中心今天早晨5点钟位于我国台湾花莲东南方大约470公里的西北太平洋洋面上，北纬21.1度、东经125.0度，中心附近最大风力有17级（60 m/s）。预计，“尼伯特”将于8日凌晨到上午登陆台湾花莲到台东一带沿海（52-60m/s，16-17级，超强台风级），并于9日早晨到上午登陆福建沿海（33-40m/s，12-13级，台风级）。

受台风影响，7-9日往返台湾、福建、浙江、上海、安徽、江苏、山东等地的航班将受到不同程度的影响。

Orange Warning of Super Typhoon Nepartak

The National Meteorological Center issued orange warning of typhoon at 6:00 a.m. July 7th and initiated a level two emergency response to address severe typhoon Nepartak.

The 1st typhoon of this year, Nepartak centered northwest Pacific Ocean about 470 km away from southeastern Hualian County, Taiwan Province (21.1N, 125.0E). The maximum sustained wind near the typhoon center is expected to strike scale 17 (60m/s).

Nepartak is expected to make landfall on coastal Hualian and Taidong on the morning of July 8th (52~60 m/s, scale 16~17, super typhoon level).

On the morning of July 9th , it is predicted to make landfall on Fujian coast (33~42 m/s, scale 12~14, typhoon level to super typhoon level).

Impacted by the typhoon, Delays / cancellations are expected to the flights from / to Taiwan, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Jiangsu, Shandong during July 7-9.
