我国首次按照国际标准研制、拥有自主知识产权的大型客机C919计划将于5月5日在上海浦东机场首飞，如天气条件不具备则顺延。
C919飞机基本型全经济级布局为168座，混合级布局为158座，标准设计航程为4075-5555公里，属于大客中的入门级机型。
为配合该次试飞，5月5日浦东机场计划在9时30分至11时55分，执行进出港调控方案：国际及地区航班全部保留，但航班可能出现一定的延误；这一时段内原定82个国内段起飞航班，保留12个东航、上航国内航班，取消70个航班（其中东航、上航35个航班）。

China Homemade Passenger Jet C919 set for 1st flight on 5th May
will impact the Flights Scheduled at Shanghai Pudong Airport
China's first domestically produced single-aisle passenger jet, the C919, is expected to take to the sky for its maiden flight on Friday at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, subject to weather conditions.
The C919 is a commercial aircraft, built for medium-haul flights, with up to 174 seats and a twin engine.
To cooperate with the debut flight, flights scheduled during 9:30am to 11:55 on May 5 at Pudong Airport will be rescheduled as below: all international and regional flights will be maintained, but may occur flight delay; as for 82 scheduled domestic flights, only 12 domestic flights operated by China Eastern Airlines and Shanghai Airlines will be maintained, the rest 70 flights will be cancelled.
