

2016年5月16日,法国BV船级社在上海举办了液化天然气船研讨会,来自船厂、船东及设计院等不同单位的嘉宾参与了本次研讨会。
会议伊始,来自BV北亚区的客户服务主管Ersin Eren先生做了简短的欢迎致辞。BV总部的油船及气体船市场经理Carlos Guerrero先生为大家介绍了全球LNG船市场及BV情况。据悉,BV在全球LNG船入级中占有重要的地位,尤其是小型LNG船,近年来更是领先市场。
会议将LNG船的相关规则做了详细的梳理,便于客户深入理解。新的IGC规则将于今年7月1日生效,BV已经为新旧IGC 规则 做了差别分析,并且发布了三版文档。
会议还就LNG船的围护系统,船与船之间的转驳,液货操作系统以及货物操作等进行了宣讲和研讨。
BV还分享了其在LNG船装载及晃荡方面的研究及经验。
BUREAU VERITAS HOLD LNG DAY SEMINAR
A LNG Day Seminar was held on May 16th, 2016 by BV. The guests from some shipyards, owners and designers have attended this seminar.
At the beginning of the Seminar, Mr. Ersin Eren, as the Director, Operations and Customer Services for North Asia Zone, made a short warm welcome speech. A general introduction of the LNGCs and BV market situation was introduced by Mr. Carlos Guerrero, the Business Development Manager for Oil Tankers & Gas Carriers from BV Head Office. It is said that BV plays an important role in the LNG ships classification. And BV leads the small scale LNG vessels recently.
The IMO and class regulations for LNGCs have been introduced for the guests. The IMO’s revised IGC Code will be entered into force on 1 July 2016, BV has released three version of the IGC Code gap analysis document.
And the LNGCs Cargo Containment Systems (GTT MarkIII and NO 96), LNGCs Ship to Ship Transfer, Cargo Handling Systems and Cargo Operations were also introduced in this Seminar.
