

2016年5月27日,由中国船舶及海洋工程设计研究院上海市船舶工程重点实验室,法国必维船级社和上海市船舶与海洋工程学会联合举办的冰区航行船舶及海洋工程技术会议在上海召开,国内30多家单位的超过80位专业人士参加了会议。
BV北亚及中国区总裁马优 Claude MAILLOT 先生与中国船舶及海洋工程设计研究院基础研究部主任范佘明先生为会议做了开幕致辞。
中国船舶及海洋工程设计研究院(MARIC)的张东江先生介绍了极地破冰科考船总体设计方法。
上海船舶研究设计院(SDARI)的船舶设计大师周国平先生介绍了破冰工作船研究设计技术与船型开发方法。
天津大学的黄焱教授向大家讲解了破冰船冰阻力实验科研工作及最新研究成果。
法国必维船级社针对冰区航行国际规则及BV规范、冰载荷原理、研究经验及冰载荷计算软件等方面作了详细的介绍。
Ice Navigation Technology Seminar held in Shanghai
As the POLAR CODE will be come into force in Jan 1st, 2017, the icenavigation vessels and ice rules has become an hot issue.
In May 27th, 2016, Shanghai Key Laboratory on Ship Engineering, MARIC,the Shanghai Society of Naval Architects and Ocean Engineers and Bureau Veritasheld a joint seminar in Shanghai. More than 80 attenders from around 30companies attended this seminar.
Professor Fan Sheming, director of Research Division from MARIC, and Mr. Mr. Claude MAILLOT, Senior Vice President & Chief Executive, from BV North Asia Zone and China made a short warm welcome speech.
In the meeting, Mr. Zhang Dongjiang from MARIC shared the naval architecture design of polar research icebreaker. Mr. Zhou Guoping, a ship design master from SDARI, showed the design technology and ship development of icebreaker study. Professor Huang Yan from Tianjin University, also introduced their experimental study on ice resistance for icebreaking vessels.
The experts from BV gave a detail introduction for the ice types in major international ice navigations, Rules and Codes applicable for ice navigating ships, ice loads evaluation principles and BV IceSTAR tool.
