· Account Information Accuracy

1. Make sure what you filled in is the account number, not card number. Double-check the numbers to ensure they are correct.

2. If you are using a joint account, simply enter your name in the beneficiary's name field.

3. Please ensure that the account name does not contain any special characters.

You will see a series of numbers at the bottom of a cheque from your bank. The first set of numbers (usually 9 digits) is your ACH routing number.
