STEP 1: Create an Order
第一步：创建订单
1. Enter the amount of RMB you want to send and select the currency.
输入您想汇出的人民币数额，然后选择您想换汇的币种。
2. Click 'Get Start', and add your overseas account information.
点击 “开始”，添加您的海外收款账户。
* You can only transfer funds to your own overseas account. Any change to the recipient's name will prompt a review process, which is expected to be completed within one business day.
您只能向您自己的海外账户汇款。任何对收款人姓名的更改都将触发审核流程，预计该审核将在一个工作日内完成。
* For 'recipient‘s address', you can put in either your overseas house address or the bank's address.
收款人地址可以填写您在银行所在国家或地区的居住地址或该银行的地址。
STEP 2: Transfer to Safeguarding Account
第二步：向安全账户转账
Option 1: Transfer via bank app
方法一：通过银行app转账
1. Copy your safeguarding account details and open your Chinese bank app to initiate the transfer manually.
复制安全账户信息，打开您的银行app进行国内转账。

2. Click ‘I’ve Transferred’ to see current status.
点击“我已汇款”，查看当前状态。
PS: You can also go to the bank counter to transfer.
此外，您也可以前往银行柜台进行转账。
Option 2: Transfer via WeChat/Alipay
方法二：通过微信或支付宝转账
Click 'Transfer via WeChat' or ‘Transfer via Alipay’ , it will guide you to complete the transfer.
点击“通过微信转账”或“通过支付宝转账”，根据页面提示完成汇款。

STEP 3: Confirm the rate
第三步：确认汇率
1. After the funds arrive, please enter SkyRemit and find the order in ‘Transaction--Processing’.
资金到账安全账户后，请返回 SkyRemit ，在 “处理中” 找到该订单。
② Choose the order you made and confirm the rate.
选择订单，确认汇率。
*If the rate's not favourable, you can wait and confirm the rate whenever you like.
如果汇率不佳，您可以等待汇率转好后确认。
STEP 4: Receive Overseas
第四步：海外到账
1. After the rate confirmation, the funds will typically arrive in 24-48 hours, the exact arrival depends on the processing speed of your beneficiary bank.
完成汇率确认后，资金一般将在24至48小时内到账，实际到账时间取决于您收款行的处理时间。
2. Once the funds have been sent out successfully, you can find the order in ‘Transaction--Completed’ and download the receipt in PDF format.
下发成功后，您可在交易--已完成页面点击订单，下载电子版转账回执。
