概述：

食品进口受QUARANTINE （检疫局）和 IFIP ( 食品检验局)监管。

含运动添加剂的食品指的是特别配置的食品，帮助运动人员达到营养补充和提高身体能力的目标。受到监管是两种：

a. 含有高风险成分的食品

b. 包装类似于药片，例如胶囊类保健品。

这些产品一般会声明有下列功能：

1. 增加耐力，体力

2. 减肥

3. 为准备工作而增强体力

4. 工作后加快恢复

5. 提高精神注意力

6. 加强新陈代谢

7. 加强肌肉增长

8. 增加或改善荷尔蒙水平

从 2020 年11 月30日开始，声称具有保健，医疗功能的产品（含有高风险成分-----在澳洲的POISON STANDARD LIST 里面或者国际反兴奋剂列表里面）开始受到TGA（医疗管理部门）的监管，食品需要在ARTG注册，进口商需要注册为SPONSOR ( 供应商)-注册方法在之前的公众号里面有说明。

药片，胶囊类别的，如果没有含有高风险成分，有三年的过渡期，来满足上面的TGA注册要求 ( 一直到 2023 年 11 月 30 日 ) ，三年后，也需要满足注册要求。

进口时受到审查的成分：

相关食品属于surveillance foods ( 低风险抽查食品)，检验率是 5% 。如果食品含有下面列表中成分， IFIP ( 食品检验局)就会转交给TGA 来审理。下面列表政府会定期更新，请参阅政府官方网站 :
