Beijing proposed 2 plans on adjusting taxi fares Tuesday, CCTV reported.
据央视报道，北京7日发布两个出租车调价方案。
The base fares in both plans are RMB13, up from the current RMB10. The taxi mileage rates are RMB2.3 and RMB2.6 per km respectively. The taxi fuel surcharge will be RMB1 for all passengers regardless of traveling distances.
在两个方案中，起步价均从目前的10元上调为13元，每公里分别为2.3元和2.6元，燃油附加费调成为对全部乘客加收1元。
