Property developer Wang Jianlin was ranked China's richest man, with a personal fortune at RMB135b, according to the 2013 Hurun Top 100 Rich List released Wednesday.

He was followed by Zong Qinghou, who topped the list in 2012. Zong was estimated to have assets worth RMB115b, 44% more than last year. It marks the first time for the list to include 2 billionaires with wealth estimated at more than RMB100b.
去年首富宗庆后今年财富 1150亿元，虽比去年增长了44%，但退居第二。这是胡润榜首次有2位企业家财富上千亿。
This year Pony Ma, CEO of Tencent, ranked 3rd, with RMB62b.
腾讯CEO马化腾以620亿元排名第3。
