Work on the Shanghai Disney Resort reached a new milestone Thursday with the installation of the first steel column, marking the official beginning of vertical construction, Xinhua reported.
据新华社报道，上海迪士尼度假区建设工作17日迎来重要里程碑——首根钢柱安装到位，标志着该度假区地上建筑施工正式开始。
The resort will include Shanghai Disneyland, 2 themed hotels,and a large retail, dining and entertainment complex, while Shanghai Disneyland's Enchanted Storybook Castle promises to be the highest, biggest castle ever built at a Disney theme park. The resort is scheduled to open at the end of 2015.
度假区将包括上海迪士尼乐园、两家主题酒店以及一个大型零售餐饮娱乐区等。乐园内的"奇幻童话城堡"将是迪士尼史上最高、最大的一座。度假区将于2015年底迎客。
