The year-end bonus has become a hot topic again at the end of the year. A survey by ChinaHR.com shows most of the companies will pay year-end bonuses ranging from RMB500 to RMB5,000, Legal Evening News reported.

More than 50% of the white-collar workers believe that their year-end bonuses will shrink, and 30% of the companies will not distribute the year-end bonuses. Besides, in order to avoid job-hopping in the New Year, 23% of the companies will postpone the distribution or distribute the bonuses by installment plan.
