A poll by people.com.cn has suggested that income distribution is the 4th hottest topic respondents want discussed at the
two sessions. 90% of respondents said they are either dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with their income. Chi Fulin, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, said in response that expanding the
middleincome group should be a key task. The principle of income adjustment should be increasing the income of the poor, enlarging the the middle-income population, and limiting the income growth rate of the high earners, he added.
在人民网推出的《2014全国两会热点调查》中，收入分配问题关注度排名第4，其中，有90%以上的网友表示对自己收入"不满意"或"非常不满意"。对此，政协委员迟福林表示，在"提低、扩中、限高"的原则下，应把扩大中等收入群体作为调节利益关系和收入分配的重点。

周小川:不会取缔余额宝
