A court's ruling on a controversial lawsuit about a former flight attendant was remanded by a higher court, Beijing News reported.

据《新京报》报道，此前颇有争议的离职空姐李晓航代购被判11年案，近日二审判决，北京市高级人民法院以"事实不清、证据不足"为由，裁定撤销一审判决，发回重审。
