Check if there is a CN24 notification inside the parcel, in which the authorized public postal operator makes a record on damages found about the post parcel. The notification shows that the parcel has been damaged before entering China. With the notification, the recipient can seek compensation from the seller, who can claim compensation from the express company in its country.
如果没有发现CN24通知单,却发现了商检清单或是海关的查验通知单,那就说明这个邮件在境内被邮局打开和封好时还是完好的,邮件是在国内的二次运输途中造成损坏,消费者可要求境内邮件承运人进行赔偿。
If you find a commodity inspection notice or customs inspection notice instead of a CN24 notification, you can assume the parcel was intact when opened and sealed by the authorized public postal operator and the parcel is damaged in transit in China. Consumers can seek compensation from the domestic express company.

Participating countries include: Australia, Canada, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea, the UK and the US.
