Some Chinese companies are selecting job applicants based on their star signs, according to Liaoning-based Bandao Morning News.

Employers like to steer clear of "Scorpio" and "Virgo" candidates because they tend to be more picky and jump ship sooner than their peers from other astrological signs. However, an experienced career consultant suggests that it is ridiculous to evaluate applicants only by their astrological signs because it is hardly a universal standard to follow, though sometimes it may disclose some personality traits.
据悉，雇主通常不爱招天蝎座和处女座，因为与其他星座求职者相比，他们更挑剔且跳槽速度更快。资深职业咨询顾问认为，星座确能反映一些个人属性，但并不具普遍性，仅凭此决定招聘未免荒谬。
