Touring the Milky Way is now as easy as clicking a button, foreign media reported. NASA has unveiled a 360-degree panorama of the galaxy stitched together from over 2m infrared images taken by NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope over the past 10 years.The 20-gigapixel(十亿像素) panorama captures only about 3% of our sky, but it includes more than half of all the galaxy's stars.
据外媒报道,如今想一览银河系一点鼠标即可。美国航天局(NASA)日前公布了银河系360度全景图,该图片由NASA的斯皮策太空望远镜过去10年拍摄的超过200万张红外图像拼接而成。据悉,这一全景图像素达200亿,展示的仅是天空中大约3%的区域,但包含了银河系一半以上的恒星。
