If you are female, never join those majoring in English because there are too many girls and you will have little chance of finding Prince Charming. Many freshmen said they do not take such "advice" very seriously. However, according to a Shanghai Morning Post survey, 39% of 1,542 respondents said they were influenced by such advice.
