China's newly graduated university students in 2014 get an average salary of RMB3,945 per month, falling short of their expectancy of RMB4,357, according to a study on employment of graduates in 2014, Nanfang Daily reported. The study,published by zhaopin.com, also shows that the top 3 job positions that graduates found most unappealing are customer service,sales, and producing and processing. 52,461 college graduates participated in the survey.
据《南方日报》报道，智联招聘近日发布的2014年应届毕业生就业调研报告显示，2014年毕业生期望月薪平均值为4357元，实际月薪为3945元。应届毕业生不愿意从事的岗位前3位，分别为客服、销售、生产加工。52461名应届高校毕业生参与了该调研。
