China's leading e-commerce platform Tmall launched a "Try Before You Buy" service Tuesday, Beijing Morning Post reported. For products tagged "try-before-you-buy", buyers can place an order without paying up front. They can then try it out before deciding whether to pay or return it if it doesn't work the way they expect. The item can be returned without seeking the seller's approval and after confirming it has been returned, Tmall will reimburse customers the shipping costs.
