There are 188 options for studying master's degrees in Denmark – a third more than there were just one year ago. For international students tuition fees range from EUR6,000 to 16,000.

That's a steady rise from just 42 on offer back in 2007. No tuition fees are charged for bachelor's and doctoral programs, regardless of your nationality. For master's degree programs tuition fees payment may apply depending on the program chosen.

Master's program fees are calculated per credit; each credit can cost between EUR16.5 and 34. These fees apply to all international students.

The Scandinavian countries are well-represented on this list, and foremost among them is Sweden, where 707 English-taught master's degrees are on offer. International students have to pay an application fee of SEK900 (EUR101 approx.). Each university sets its own study fee that can range between SEK80,000-140,000 (EUR9,000-15,750 approx.) per academic year. These fees apply only to bachelor's and master's programs, while PhDs are tuition-fee-free.
