China's top education authority said it requires the political loyalty of potential professors if they wish to be hired by universities.
中国教育部表示，希望受雇于大学的教授需保持“政治忠诚”。
►“政治忠诚”，可以用 political loyalty表示，loyalty表示忠诚，如行政忠诚（ administrative loyalty）。相关词汇还有政治诚信（political honesty）。
►《通知》就此作出要求，包括培训专业教师思想政治理论（the training of professional teachers for political and ideological theory）、修订教材（fine-tune textbooks）、改革当前教育方法（reform current teaching methods）、建立完整课程体系（build a comprehensive curriculum）。
►此外，通知还要求建立高校思想政治理论课特聘教授制度。强化教学科研骨干培养，推进择优资助及国内高级访学计划，每年培养150名出色教学人才（150 outstanding teaching professionals）。高校所有校领导要带头讲思想政治理论课。
