羡慕不如行动,双语君特意找来了今年穿上Fantasy Bra的天使超模Lily Aldridge的健身示范教程!跟她重复这5个动作,每天只要20分钟,你也可以拥有维秘天使的完美身材哦。





1
Marching Abs
腹部运动


Extend feet out with knees bent. Pull your stomach in and position the arms in a circle. Then lift up and twist, lowering back to the center and pulling those abs as you twist. Do 2 sets of 8.

双脚前伸,屈膝,收腹,双臂构环。抬腿,扭腰,降回中间,一边收腹一边扭腰。每次进行两组八下。

Inner Thigh Lifts
大腿内侧抬伸


Come down on the side, life that leg and lower down. Pull in with the stomach. Extend long through that bottom leg. Hold it up at the top and lift here in a circle. Big range of motion, using stomach. And you can reverse that.

侧身躺下,抬起下侧腿并降下,收腹,绷直伸长侧腿。在顶点定住,接着抬腿绕圈。动作幅度要大,利用腹肌。还可以反方向转圈。

Outer Thigh Lifts
大腿外侧抬伸


Extend down on the mat, lift that leg up, hips are parallel. Pull with the stomach. Hold it up at the top and do a circle. Lift, up and around, using the abs to stabilize. And then reverse that. Bring the knee in, drop the knees together and then extend it back out.

侧身躺在垫子上,抬起上侧腿,双臂平行,收腹。停在顶点并绕圈。抬腿绕圈时用腹肌稳住。然后再反向转圈。收膝落下,双膝合并,接着在绷直上侧腿抬起。

One-Legged Bridge
单腿臀桥


Lay flat with your back against the mat. Pull in with the stomach and lift up your hips until your feet are in demi pointe (toes only on the ground). Too hard? Keep feet flat to modify. Lift right leg, then extend hips up. Lower the leg, do one more bridge, then put leg down and repeat.

平躺在垫子上,收腹抬臀,半脚尖抬起,如果太难可以平脚做。抬右腿,臀部抬起。收腿,降臀,再抬臀降臀一次,然后放下腿再重复。

Lunge With Swan Arms
下蹲加天鹅臂


Start standing up. Open toes, bend both knees down into pile position, then stretch up, extending elbows high and lift onto back toe.

站直,张开脚趾,弯下双膝,然后伸直双腿,伸展手肘,抬高,伸至位于后侧的脚趾处。
