首先，fangirl是对某个虚幻角色、演员明星、或剧集无限痴迷的女生，相对应的男生就是fanboy。
“Fangirling”，也就是脑残粉的行为，用来形容对自己钟爱的“粉丝圈、迷文化”的极度兴奋状态（a term used to describe extreme excitement over a certain fandom. ）。
