Brief Introduction
of the Association
Bao’an Foreign Languages Association (BAFLA) is a non-profit NGO based in Bao’an District, Shenzhen. It functions as a bridge to connect foreign expats, and companies with local Chinese people, communities, and companies since its official launch in February 2018.
The Bay Area International
Exchange Service Center
To provide better services for foreign businesses and individuals, Bao’an District Government has launched the Bay Area International Exchange Service Center, operated by BAFLA, to assist foreign friends and foreign enterprises with various services.
Type of Services
BA Center offers assistance for nearly 100 services in 4 categories and plans to carry out about 60 exchange activities in 2023.
