The delegation comprised over 30 senior executives, industry experts, and policymakers from leading German and German-speaking enterprises and institutions, including renowned names like Siemens, Porsche Consulting, and the University of St. Gallen.
The delegation's itinerary featured a visit to the Huizhi Specialized, Sophisticated, Novel, and Unique (SSNU) Enterprises Headquarters Base. As the first headquarters base of its kind in the province, Huizhi leverages Bao'an's status as a national hub for "Little Giant" SSNU enterprises.

The base is now home to nearly 90 companies, generating an annual output value close to RMB 9 billion and serving as a vital engine for high-quality regional economic development.
The visit included a stop at Shenzhen Wonder Long Technology Co., Ltd., a robotics company within the base. Delegates experienced firsthand the company's diverse range of robots with various functions in its showroom.
Mr. Frank Chen, Executive Director of the Greater Bay Area International Exchange Service Center, provided the delegation with an overview of the base's master plan, industrial layout, and development direction, highlighting Bao'an's superior business environment.
Mr. Chen detailed the district's comprehensive support services for expatriates, including visa, green card, work permit, and legal advisory assistance. He also outlined the free services offered to foreign-invested enterprises, such as company setup, bank account opening, office space matching, and recruitment support.
Furthermore, he introduced cultural and professional integration programs like Mandarin classes and various technology, economic, and trade exchange events.
As a crucial platform connecting international technological innovation with industrial collaboration, the Greater Bay Area International Exchange Service Center continues to act as a bridge.
It is committed to aggregating global innovation resources, fostering an open, collaborative, and win-win international development landscape for Bao'an, and injecting fresh momentum into regional technological advancement and deeper Sino-foreign business cooperation.
