虽然泰坦尼克号（Titanic）沉没已超过100年，但仍然魅力不减。
近日，复原泰坦尼克号（Titanic II）的计划又一次被提上日程。
这项计划最初由澳大利亚富豪克莱夫·帕尔默（Clive Palmer）于2012年提出，后因资金问题搁置。今年10月，“沉没”许久的复制计划再次重启。

据美国有线电视新闻网（CNN）报道，泰坦尼克2号会是泰坦尼克号的1:1还原，并会重走当年的航线。
帕尔默在一份声明中说：
The ship will follow the original journey, carrying passengers from Southampton to New York, but she will also circumnavigate the globe, inspiring and enchanting people while attracting unrivalled attention in every port she visits.
泰坦尼克号复制品将会重走原先的航线，从南安普顿出发，最终抵达纽约。她也会进行环球航行，让人们为之着迷和振奋，在她到访的每一个港口享受到无可匹敌的关注。
这艘新泰坦尼克号，将于2022年启航：
The maiden voyage, however, will take passengers from Dubai to New York, reports CruiseArabia, with the first sailing scheduled to take place in 2022.
但据阿拉伯邮轮称，泰坦尼克2号的处女航将在2022年启航，从迪拜出发驶向纽约。
轮船的内部设计也会完全还原泰坦尼克号的模样 ：
Blue Star Line says the nine-decked ship will be home to 835 cabins, set to accommodate 2,435 passengers. You'll be able to buy first-, second- and third-class tickets — just like in the original.
蓝星航运表示，这艘邮轮共9层，有835个客舱，可容纳2435名乘客。和泰坦尼克号一样，乘客可以购买一等舱、二等舱或三等舱船票。
It'll be outfitted exactly like the original Titanic — including the grand staircase that plays a memorable role in James Cameron's hit movie.
泰坦尼尔2号的装饰布局将与泰坦尼克号一模一样，包括詹姆斯·卡梅隆电影中那个让人印象深刻的宏伟楼梯。
不过，与之前不同的是，新泰坦尼克号使用了现代的建造和导航技术，并且带了足够多的救生船，避免悲剧重演。
To avoid a repeat disaster, Titanic II will apparently be outfitted with plenty of life boats — and will have a welded hull — plus modern navigation and radar equipment.
为避免重蹈覆辙，泰坦尼克2号将装配足够多的救生船，采用焊接船体，还配备了现代化的导航和雷达设备。

然而，比复制泰坦尼克号的新闻更亮眼的是网友的评论……
有吐槽冰山的：
“不用再担心了，冰山都化了。”
“多亏了全球变暖，再也没有冰山了。”
有看电影太入戏的：
“应当邀请小李子和凯特（杰克和露丝）出席启动仪式。”
“为了保证还原真实的体验，三等舱的人仍会被锁在甲板下吗？”
“我是全世界的王！”（模仿小李子↓↓↓）
还有认为Titanic II会重蹈覆辙的：
“冰山二号正在等待它（泰坦尼克二号）。”
也有一些网友认为复制泰坦尼克号是对沉船中逝者的不尊重：
“只有我一个人认为这件事（复制泰坦尼克号）不对吗？1500多人在沉船中丧生，多么骇人听闻的事件。复制泰坦尼克号、走原先的航线是个错误，是对那些（在沉船事件中）失去亲人的人的不敬。仅代表个人观点。”
永不停歇的梦
“如果泰坦尼克号被称作是‘永不沉没的巨轮’，那么复制泰坦尼克号就是一个永不停歇的梦。”英国卫报评论道。
“If the Titanic was the ship that was meant to be unsinkable, the Titanic II is the idea that seems to be un-killable.”
早在2014年，中国四川省大英县便开始计划建造泰坦尼克号的“陆上复刻版”。

Located 745 miles from the sea, the replica Titanic will be permanently docked in a reservoir.

但是，想要全真复原泰坦尼克号依然困难重重。
“After the Titanic sank, nobody saw its complete set of blueprints,” Su Shaojun, one of the financiers of the project, said. “Many blueprint fragments found their way into the hands of collectors or remained missing. We spent many years collecting the blueprints from many parts of the world and managed to obtain most of them.”
“泰坦尼克号沉没后，没有人见过它的完整设计图。”项目投资人之一苏绍俊说，“许多设计图的片段都已丢失或被收藏家收藏。我们花了许多年在世界各地尽可能多地寻找泰坦尼克号的设计图。”

不同于复制新船，另一些公司正在开发泰坦尼克号残骸之旅。
Interest in the 20th century's most famous maritime disaster has remained high since Robert Ballard and his team discovered the remains of Titanic almost 33 years ago.

American company OceanGate had scheduled this diving trips in 2019.

“In 1912, a trip on board the Titanic was the ultimate in luxury travel. More than a century later, it still is.”

不过，现在还不清楚泰坦尼克2号最终能否顺利建造完成，或者潜水看残骸的旅游项目明年能否开展。
But one thing's for certain, more than 100 years after the Titanic's first and only voyage, global interest in the doomed ship shows no sign of slowing down.
有一点可以肯定的是，在泰坦尼克号第一次也是唯一一次航行100多年之后，全世界对这艘命运多舛的邮轮的兴趣丝毫未减。
