你体验过“复兴号”高铁吗?时速350公里、“纯中国血统”的“复兴号”,最早在世界建设等级最高的京沪高铁亮相。如今,京津城际也全部更换为“复兴号”高铁列车。

“复兴号”是基于中国自主研发的高速动车组设计制造平台,是中国具有完全知识产权的新一代高速列车。
让中国的高铁动车领跑世界,一直是中国高铁人心中的梦想。作为高铁人的突出代表,中车集团首席专家、“复兴号”设计经理邓海,为这个目标已经坚持和奋斗了多年。
今年44岁的邓海自1999年起便开始从事轨道客车的设计工作,被大家亲切称为“老邓”。
The 44-year-old Deng Hai is a senior engineer with CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co and chief expert for CRRC. His work focuses on the research and development of high-speed trains, and he is also the design manager of the Fuxing bullet train.
邓海先后参与了我国拥有自主知识产权的“中华之星”电动车组、中国铁路第六次大提速主力车型CRH5型动车组等项目设计工作,担任过京沪高铁CRH380BL动车组项目车型主管、“中国高速列车自主创新联合行动计划”的重点项目CRH380CL动车组项目设计经理。

作为“复兴号”团队的主心骨,他更是将满腔心血和热爱倾注在对中国标准动车组项目的研发工作中。在他的带领下,研发团队对动车组做了大量优化设计,仅在车头的选择上,就做了45个方案!
“我们研究的‘复兴号’车头,外观棱角分明,线条流畅阻力最小,外观符合中国特色,被大家称为金凤凰。”
"The locomotive that we developed for the Fuxing bullet train is angular and smooth and has little resistance. Its appearance has Chinese characteristics. People call it the 'golden phoenix'," Deng said.

同以往的动车组相比,“复兴号”动车组更高、更宽、更长,但是它的阻力比以往动车组降低7.5%;车顶采用平顺化设计,采用全包外挡风玻璃,整个车身阻力降低,更加节能。
Compared with previous high-speed trains, Fuxing bullet trains are taller, wider and longer, but have a resistance that is 7.5 percent lower. The Fuxing trains have a smoothly designed roof, no air-conditioners protruding outside the cars, and an all-outer-windshield design. Ultimately, the lower resistance means greater energy efficiency.
作为设计经理,邓海是整个项目的掌舵人。从图纸设计到方案认证,从生产服务到试验考核,每一个环节他都全程参与,统筹规划,反复论证,确保项目按计划实施。

邓海坦言,“作为一名共产党员,遇到困难时要冲在最前面,在工作中要脚踏实地,认真做好每一个方案,审阅每一套图纸,让每一份方案更加精准。”
"Being a Party member, you must rush ahead when there's trouble. Stay down-to-earth and give your best for every plan. Review each set of blueprint drawings to make sure they are more accurate," said Deng.
2015年5月,在标准动车组进入最后装配的关键阶段,由于工期紧张,邓海和同事每天都要在车间工作到深夜两三点。因为压力太大、连夜赶工,邓海突发神经性耳聋,住院治疗近半个月时间。治疗期间,他每天还要进高压氧仓进行治疗,坚持用微信指导团队工作。
Deng suffered sudden hearing loss in May 2015 when the research and development of Fuxing high-speed trains had entered the final assembly stage and the team often worked past midnight. He couldn't hear anything and had to be hospitalized. Although he received hyperbaric oxygen therapy for his treatment, Deng continued working through Wechat every day.
“我们平均工作时间要至少10个小时以上,几乎没有周末。虽然辛苦点累点,但这份工作我非常热爱,尤其是我们的高铁动车组技术已经居于世界前列,我非常感到自豪。”
"We work at least 10 hours a day on average and seldom have a rest on the weekends. Although it's a laborious job, I love it especially since our high-speed train technology has soared to the top of the world. I'm proud of what I've achieved," said Deng.
邓海先后获得茅以升科学技术奖、火车头奖以及长春市和中车优秀共产党员称号。虽然获得这么多荣誉,他依然默默坚守一线,始终和大家一起工作。
Deng was awarded the Mao Yisheng Science and Technology Award and Locomotive Medal. The Changchun government and CRRC also honored him as an "outstanding CPC member". With all the rewards he has received, Deng is still very humble and keeps working with the front-line personnel.

“我认为这是对自己过去的肯定,将来我还是一如既往、脚踏实地地干。把设计的每一个细节做得更精准可靠,使我们的高速动车更智能、更节能、更舒适。”
"I take this as a self-affirmation for my past. In the future, I will continue to keep my feet on the ground, to make the design more accurate and reliable in every detail, to make our high-speed trains smarter, more efficient and comfortable," said Deng.
“我要把我学到的知识和积累的经验传授给年轻人,让更多人参与中国高铁动车组的研发工作。”
"I will teach all my knowledge and experience to youngsters, to enable more people to be engaged in the research and development of China's high-speed trains." Deng said.
