今天，杜嘉班纳（Dolce & Gabbana）在官方微博上发布了该品牌两名创始人的道歉视频。

以下是D&G的道歉内容：
Dolce: Over the past few days we have thought long and hard with great sadness about everything that has happened and what we have caused in your country and we are very sorry.
在过去的几天里，我们认真地反省，对于自己的言行给中国人民及国家带来的一切，我们感到十分悲伤。
Our families have always taught us to respect the various cultures in all the world and this is why we want to ask for your forgiveness if we have made mistakes in interpreting yours.
我们的家庭教育教导我们对世界上不同的文化必须报以尊敬。于此，面对我们在文化上理解的偏差，希望得到你们的原谅。
Gabbana: We also want to apologize to all of the many Chinese people throughout the world. We take this apology very seriously as well as this message.
我们对这份致歉声明十分重视，在此正式向所有全球华人致上最深的歉意。
Dolce: We have always been in love with China. We've visited it and seen many of its cities. We love your culture and we certainly have much to learn. That is why we are sorry if we made mistakes in the way we expressed ourselves.
一直以来，我们对中国的热爱一如既往。无数次的造访，让我们更加深爱上中国的文化。当然，我们还有许多需要学习的地方，对于之前我们的表达所犯下的错误，我们必须表达歉意。
Gabbana: We will never forget this experience and it will certainly never happen again. In fact we will work to do things better. We will respect the Chinese culture in every way possible. From the bottom of our hearts, we ask for forgiveness.
我们绝对不会忘记这次的经历及教训，这样的事件也绝对不会再发生。同时，我们必竭尽全力更加理解及尊重中国文化。最后，我们发自内心请求得到你们的原谅。
D&G：对不起（中文）。
但目前在D&G的海外社交平台Instagram和Twitter上，并没有找到道歉视频。
大多数网友对于这份道歉并不买账。
21日，陷入辱华风波的D&G取消了原定于当晚在上海举办的Dolce＆Gabbana The Great Show时装秀。
其上海大秀的广告片涉嫌歧视华人。
The controversial clip, originally posted by D&G on its Instagram and Sina Weibo accounts, shows a female Asian model in a glitzy red Dolce & Gabbana dress using chopsticks to eat pizza and other Italian foods.
It was intended to promote the Shanghai show, but sparked outcry in China for its insensitivity.

D&G设计师在与网友的争辩中，也公然发表辱华言论。
Early Wednesday morning, in a chat on Instagram between a netizen named "michaelatranova" and someone using the personal account of Gabbana, the latter appeared to make insulting references toward China and Chinese people.
对此，D&G在官方微博上做出回应，把锅甩给了“账号被盗”：
Dolce & Gabbana posted an announcement on its Weibo account saying: "Our Instagram account has been hacked. So has the account of Stefano Gabbana. Our legal office is urgently investigating. We are sorry for any distress caused by these unauthorized posts. We have nothing but respect for China and the people of China."
在22日举行的外交部记者会上，有意大利记者向发言人询问此事。
耿爽机智回应称，不如去问问中国的普通民众怎么看。
“这个问题本质上不是外交问题，我们也不希望它上升为外交问题。所以我想，与其问外交部发言人，你不如去问问中国的普通民众，问问他们是怎么想、怎么看这件事的。”
This is not a diplomatic question in essence, nor do we hope it will escalate into a diplomatic one. So I believe it's better for you to ask the Chinese people instead of the Spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry for how the incident is viewed in China.
