近日，一则“童模小女孩拍照时遭妈妈飞踹”的爆料引起热议。

视频里两个大人在拍摄一个小女孩，过程中，小女孩将左手提着的包轻轻放下，身后一个女的走上前去飞起一脚，狠狠踹了一下，还说：“你马上把包给我捡起来，我在拍的时候你最好少惹我。”

一段10秒的热门视频显示这名身穿黄色上衣和白色短裙的女童被她的妈妈狠踹臀部。
当日，该童模合作商家@糖果爷爷babay总店在网络上指认，被踢女童为“妞妞”，踢人者是她妈妈，“妞妞”模特与多家店铺合作，接单量大。
The shocking video was filmed on Monday evening in the city of Hangzhou after the girl, known as Niu Niu, had been working all day, according to a video report from BJ News.
据新京报视频报道，这则令人震惊的视频拍摄于4月8日晚的杭州市，这个名叫妞妞的女孩一整天都在拍照。
It is said that Niu Niu has worked as a fashion model for about six months and is popular among online stores who need cute children to pose for pictures while wearing their products.
据悉，妞妞做童装模特已有半年，很受网店欢迎。这些电商需要长得好看的孩子穿上他们的童装拍照。
事件在网上发酵，不少网友对此表示愤怒，称这属于“家庭暴力”，有“虐童嫌疑”，甚至有网友称应该考虑剥夺孩子妈妈的监护权。
4月10日凌晨4时，自称为“妞妞妈妈”的网友开通微博，发出道歉信。
Niu Niu's mother, who remains anonymous, issued a public apology Wednesday on Weibo.
她在文中指出，儿女皆为父母的心头肉，疼爱有佳（加），绝无所谓的虐童之意。在沟通教导如视频上的稍大动作绝无伤害想法，造成各位的误解与不理解，深感抱歉。她多次重申，“女儿是至亲，绝对受到最好的关护疼爱”。
She thanked the public for giving her advice and pointing out her mistake, but denied the allegations of child abuse. 她感谢公众的建言和指正，但否认了虐童指控。
She said she had not intended to harm the girl and felt 'deeply sorry' for the matter. She begged the public to forgive her. 她表示自己绝无伤害想法，并对此事“深感抱歉”，恳求社会大众原谅。
另据新京报我们视频报道，妞妞妈妈回应称，平时很少打孩子，“当时因为天快黑了，妞妞会往马路上跑，我也是一时焦急。我怎么可能无缘无故上去踢她一脚。”
She claimed that Niu Niu had kept running towards the road and the day was getting dark, therefore she acted out under stress.
事发后不少网友质疑童模的工作强度影响其接受义务教育的权利。妞妞妈妈表示，孩子刚满三岁，要到今年9月1日才上幼儿园。“我老公有工作，我们一家人不是靠妞妞一个人来养活。”
该事件也引发公众对于童模这一新兴行业的讨论和担忧。

随着电商发展和童装市场的向好，市场对儿童模特的需求也跟着上涨。然而，该产业链的法律规范、企业责任配套似乎还没有跟上商业发展的步伐。
▌100多家淘宝店主联名呼吁保护儿童权益
目前，已有100多家淘宝童装店主联名呼吁规范童模拍摄行业，推动童模保护。
这些店主呼吁：商家与品牌联合起来，严格规范童模拍摄，严禁一切粗暴对待儿童的行为，拒绝使用一切在拍摄过程中存在损害儿童权益行为的图片/视频。
More than 110 children's clothing shops on Taobao, a Chinese online shopping platform, have united together to call for better regulation of the child modeling industry and greater protection for child models.
淘宝官方也发布微博称：愤怒之后，我们更需要行动。支持有爱的淘宝商家和品牌，你们的联合、呼吁与规范，就是对行业最好的净化、对孩子最及时的保护。
