四大一线城市排名从去年的“上北深广”变回了“北上广深”。
新一线城市15个，依次为成都、杭州、重庆、武汉、西安、苏州、天津、南京、长沙、郑州、东莞、青岛、沈阳、宁波、昆明。

Southwestern metropolis Chengdu topped a list of new first-tier cities in 2019, according to a ranking published by financial news portal Yicai.com.
财经新闻门户“第一财经”近日发布了2019新一线城市排名，中国西南大都市成都位居榜首。
The more "traditional" first-tier cities on the list were Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in that order.
更为“传统”的一线城市排名是北京、上海、广州、深圳。
此次评估涵盖了城市发展的多个维度。
Evaluation statistics include big data from 170 major consumer brands as well as consumer data from 18 internet companies from different sectors in 337 cities. Criteria include the cities' business resources, potential to function as a hub, resident activity, lifestyle diversity and future adaptability.
此次评估基于170个主流消费品牌数据和18个互联网公司的用户数据，涉及不同领域，涵盖337个城市。测评指标包括城市商业集聚度、城市枢纽性、城市人活跃度、生活方式多样性和未来可塑性。
在新一线城市的名单中，北方城市一共有5座，南方城市的数量达到了10座。
再算上一线城市中南北城市3:1的格局，南北差异确实已经超越东西部之间的差距，成为了中国顶级城市之间竞争格局的重要特征。

重庆“洪崖洞”
南北商业实力差距显而易见地进一步拉大。
The level of concentration of commercial resources rose in southeastern and eastern cities, while it fell in northwestern, northern and northeastern cities. Cities in the Pearl River Delta were favored by big brands.
华南、华东城市商业资源集聚度排位整体向上走，西北、华北和东北地区平均排名则集体下滑。珠三角城市过去一年整体更受大品牌青睐。

优质的公司、资本和人才都在往一线和新一线城市聚集，创新氛围和人才吸引力一直是决定城市未来最重要的因子。
Good companies, capital and talent move to first-tier and new first-tier cities, which boast 80.17 percent of startups, 56.63 percent of high-tech companies and 54.55 percent of listed firms.
优质的公司、资本和人才都在往一线和新一线城市聚集，这些城市拥有80.17%的初创公司、56.63%的高科技型公司和54.55%的上市公司。
