5月27日—29日，第七届中国网络视听大会（China Internet Audio and Video Convention）在成都举行。
聚焦网络文艺内容建设，中国网络视听大会是中国网络视音频领域规格最高、规模最大、具有“年度风向标”之誉的行业盛会。
The China Internet Audio and Video Convention, held in Chengdu, capital of Southwest China’s Sichuan province, is seen as the annual weather vane in China’s online audio and video field, its organizers said, adding it also focuses on online literature and art.
本届大会由国家广播电视总局、国家互联网信息办公室和四川省人民政府指导，中国网络视听节目服务协会和成都市人民政府主办。
This year’s conference is co-organized by the National Radio and Television Administration, the Cyberspace Administration of China and the Sichuan provincial government, and is hosted by the China Netcasting Services Association and the Chengdu government.
据大会组委会透露，与往年相比，第七届大会规模更大、到场嘉宾更多元。来自政府主管部门、广电播出机构、视音频平台、新闻机构、互联网企业、影视公司、投资机构、电信运营商、高校与研究机构等网络视听全产业链的2000余家机构、超过6000位行业嘉宾参会。
为期三天的大会中，将一共举办40余场论坛、展会和沙龙活动，内容涵盖短视频、5G与AI应用、媒体深度融合、网络电影、网络纪录片、虚拟现实等行业焦点。
More than 40 activities including forums and exhibitions will be held during the conference, involving short videos clips, media convergence, the application of 5G and artificial intelligence, online films, online documentaries and virtual reality.

据了解，除抖音、快手等短视频平台的负责人，大会还邀请了多家头部MCN机构负责人、视频内容创作者等到场，通过网络视听新生代峰会、新视频之夜等活动，探讨短视频如何更加健康有序发展。

This year’s conference continues the tradition of releasing an internet audio and video development research report. It contains authoritative and accurate data and in-depth analysis, which helps the industry understand the content and products that were popular among users in the past year and the development orientation for the next.
“中国网络视听大会此前已经六次在成都举办，并获批长久落户成都。这对成都媒体融合和网络视听产业发展产生了巨大的集聚效应和拉动作用。”组委会相关负责人称。
The previous six sessions of the conference have all been held in Chengdu, which has been approved as the permanent host. The event promotes media integration and development of the online audiovisual industry in Chengdu, the organizers said.
今年2月，《成都市5G产业发展规划纲要》出炉。根据该规划，2020年成都将在全国率先实现5G规模商用。到2022年，成都将建设成为5G网络供给全国领先、行业应用深度融合、核心生态高度汇聚、产业聚集效应凸显的中国5G创新名城。
该规划提出，成都将以大视频为依托，促进流量消费提质换代。重点面向VR/AR、4K/8K等领域，加快成都影视硅谷等产业载体建设，巩固数字音乐、游戏、动漫等现有优势，打造5G网络视听产业生态圈。
