证监会：这7家媒体具备证券市场信息披露条件

9月11日，证监会公布《具备证券市场信息披露条件的媒体名单》，自公布之日起生效。

以下媒体具备《关于证券市场信息披露媒体条件的规定》规定的条件，可从事证券市场信息披露业务：金融时报、经济参考报、中国日报、中国证券报、证券日报、上海证券报、证券时报，以及其依法开办的互联网站：www.financialnews.com.cn，www.jjckb.cn，www.chinadaily.com.cn，www.cs.com.cn，www.zqrb.cn，www.cnstock.com，www.stcn.com。

据《中国日报》报道：

China released the official list of seven media organizations qualified for disclosing securities market information late on Friday, including China Daily and its website.

中国11日公布了具备证券市场信息披露条件的7家媒体官方名单，包括中国日报及其网站。

Financial News, Economic Information Daily, China Securities Journal, Securities Daily, Shanghai Securities News, and Securities Times are also on the list, according to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the country's top securities regulator.

据证监会消息，金融时报、经济参考报、中国证券报、证券日报、上海证券报、证券时报也在列。

According to the revised Securities Law taking effect this March, listed companies should disclose information on websites of stock exchanges and media outlets in line with requirements of the CSRC.

根据今年3月起施行的新修订的证券法，上市公司应当在证券交易场所的网站和符合国务院证券监督管理机构规定条件的媒体披露信息。
