阿里、阅文、丰巢被罚！

根据反垄断法规定，市场监管总局对

阿里巴巴投资有限公司收购银泰商业（集团）有限公司股权、

阅文集团收购新丽传媒控股有限公司股权、

深圳市丰巢网络技术有限公司收购中邮智递科技有限公司股权

等三起未依法申报违法实施经营者集中案进行了调查，对阿里巴巴投资有限公司、阅文集团和深圳市丰巢网络技术有限公司分别处以50万元人民币罚款的行政处罚。

China's market regulator said on Monday it will fine Alibaba Group, Tencent-backed China Literature and smart locker company Hive Box 500,000 yuan ($76,460) each for not reporting deals for anti-monopoly reviews.

市场监管总局14日表示，因并购反垄断未依法申报，将对阿里巴巴投资有限公司、腾讯控股的阅文集团和深圳市丰巢网络技术有限公司分别处以50万元人民币罚款的行政处罚。

The three cases involved are Alibaba's investment and acquisition of Intime Retail, China Literature's acquisition of New Classics Media, and Hive Box's acquisition of China Post Smart Logistics.

这三起并购案包括阿里巴巴投资公司收购银泰商业、阅文集团收购新丽传媒、丰巢网络收购中邮智递。

阿里巴巴投资是阿里巴巴集团开展投资并购的主要实体，阅文是腾讯的控股子公司，丰巢网络是顺丰的关联公司。三家企业都在业内具有较大影响力，交易涉及百货零售、影视制作发行、快递末端投递服务等不同行业。

The increasing number of reports on platform monopoly indicates that there are some competition risks and hidden dangers in the development of the online economy.

关于平台垄断问题的反映和举报日益增加，显示线上经济发展中存在一些竞争风险和隐患。

One of the problems is that some internet platform companies have not declared the concentration of operators in accordance with the law, said the State Administration for Market Regulation.

其中一个问题就是一些互联网平台企业未依法申报经营者集中。
