增加独生子女看护假、设夫妻双方带薪育儿假、春节假期延长至10天......近日，多个与假期相关的两会建议，登上微博热搜。

A number of recommendation for future public holidays proposed during the two sessions have been recently trending across China’s social media.

据央视新闻消息，全国人大代表冷友斌建议围绕生育家庭，建立儿童早期发展的社会支持体系。

在儿童0～3岁期间，设定夫妻双方的带薪育儿假期；对于生育二胎的家庭，适当增加带薪育儿假期的天数，并通过减免个人所得税和其他财政手段，在经济上提供一定的支持。

▌代表建议增加独生子女看护假

另据检察日报消息，全国人大代表段俊表示，“出门一把锁，进门一盏灯”已是众多“空巢老人”晚年生活的真实写照。

她建议尽快修订老年人权益保障法，赡养人、扶养人照顾失能或患病住院老年人的，用人单位应给予每年累计不少于十天的护理时间；独生子女照顾失能或患病住院老年父母的，每年护理时间应累计不少于二十天的相关规定。护理期间享受正常工作期间的福利待遇。

Popular proposals, such as providing paid leave for both spouses, offering men no less than 20 days of paternity leave and increasing paid leave for those who are the only child in their immediate family to care for elderly parents, have all emphasized the protection of family and childcare rights, observers suggested.
