8月9日凌晨,阿里巴巴董事会主席兼CEO张勇在阿里内网公布了“女员工被侵犯”的阶段性内部调查结果和处理决定。

阿里阶段性内部调查结果和处理决定显示:鉴于曲一承认存在和同事XX在醉酒状态下有过度亲密行为,严重违反公司规定,予以辞退,永不录用。关于他是否有强奸或者猥亵等违法行为,等待警方的调查结论和行动。

Chinese internet giant Alibaba fired the worker who was accused of sexually assaulting a female colleague and will not recruit him again, according to its internal post issued by CEO Zhang Yong on Sunday.


The post revealed the male employee was involved in a drunken state of excessive intimacy with the female colleague, which seriously violated the company's regulations. Police are investigating whether the male employee committed rape or indecent assault.



同时,阿里同城零售事业群总裁李永和和HRG徐昆引咎辞职。阿里内部公告认为,李永和作为事业群总裁,在这件事上的敏感性、重视和投入程度远远不够,没有主动作为,徐昆也没有起到事业群HRG关键决策的作用,为此应承担领导责任。

此外,阿里巴巴集团首席人力资源官童文红受到记过处分。阿里内部公告认为,在整个事件处理过程中,HR团队对人的关注、关怀不够,理性多了,感性少了,缺乏感同身受。同时,缺乏应急响应体系和存在严重的判断失误,在遇到涉嫌刑事案件的情况下,未能第一时间将当事人停职。“这种种现象的背后是HR文化体系和能力的建设出现了重大问题。”

As per the post, Li Yonghe, president of Alibaba's Citywide Retail Business Group, and Human Resources Generalist Xu Kun have taken the blame and resigned. Alibaba's Chief People Officer Judy Tong Wenhong received a demerit.


张勇在内部公告中表示,事件对这位女员工造成了巨大的伤害,无论警方的调查结果如何,“我们会尽全力关心和照顾好她。”

Zhang said, the incident caused great harm to the female employee. Regardless of the result of the investigation, "We will do our best to care for her."



张勇还宣布,阿里接下来将在三个方面反思和行动:

1、开展对于包括性骚扰在内的员工权益保护的培训和调查,开通专门举报通道。员工的举报,将在确保隐私受到充分保护的前提下,由专人跟进。

2、对性骚扰零容忍,由外部专家和员工代表共同制定《反性骚扰行动准则》。

3、旗帜鲜明地反对丑陋的陪酒文化,不分性别,阿里巴巴无条件支持员工拒绝陪酒。

据悉,随着“阿里女员工被侵害”事件的不断发酵,阿里员工组建了“勇敢牛牛员工帮助小组”讨论群,目前已超6000名阿里员工加入了该群。

8日,“勇敢牛牛员工帮助小组”在Aliren help Aliren发布《#6000名阿里人关于807事件的联合倡议#》,倡议认为,事实显示了公司组织治理的系统性漏洞,也反映了对员工特别是女性员工权益保护机制的缺失。希望公司借此事件,推动员工特别是女性员工职场反性骚扰、反性侵制度的建立。

此前,阿里巴巴董事局主席兼CEO张勇在阿里内网发帖回应,用震惊、气愤、羞愧,表达对阿里一员工涉嫌侵犯女同事事件的感受。他同时表示,必须调查清楚,给全体阿里同学和全社会一个交代。


In another internal post, Zhang Yong said Sunday that he was "shocked, furious and ashamed" after learning about the case.


"The HR department should apologize for ignoring her, and the related department should also be held responsible for this misconduct," Zhang said, vowing to fully investigate the case and make the findings available to all Alibaba employees.



警方通报“阿里女员工被侵害”


8月8日中午,济南警方对“阿里女员工被侵害一事”作出了回应。

通报称,济南市公安局槐荫区分局对“阿里女员工被侵害”警情,目前正在积极调查取证。警方调查侦办结果,将及时向社会通报。

Police in Jinan, capital of Shandong province, where the incidents are alleged to have taken place, said on Sunday that an investigation and evidence collection had been conducted, and they expect to release results in a timely manner.



8月7日,网传“阿里女员工被侵害”一事引发热议。

在某职场社交平台上,有认证“阿里巴巴员工”的网友发布动态称,公司某领导要求女性员工陪客户,并在其因醉酒不清醒的情况下实施了一系列违法行为。受害员工在内网发帖并向公司反映无果,曾在食堂发传单寻求帮助。该网友透露,当事员工事发后已第一时间报警。

The investigation began after the female employee wrote a detailed internal post alleging that her male manager sexually assaulted her in a hotel room during a business trip to Jinan on July 27.


She said she complained to Alibaba's human resources department but was ignored. That prompted her to distribute letters about the alleged assault in the canteen of Alibaba's headquarters in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province.


济南华联回应:

全力配合警方工作


网帖中还举报了济南华联超市员工也涉嫌对该阿里女员工有违法侵犯行为,今日,济南华联超市有限公司针对员工涉嫌侵害他人一事发布了声明:

关于近日网络热议的华联超市员工涉嫌侵害他人一事, 济南华联超市就此进行回应:就该事件华联超市会全力配合警方工作,涉嫌员工现已停职正在接受警方调查。华联超市对于任何违法犯罪行为始终保持零容忍的态度,目前超市已成立专门调查组对事件进行调查,也将密切关注警方调查进展和结果。

Jinan Hualian supermarket announced on Sunday that the Alibaba client accused of molestation has been suspended from work and that it will cooperate with the investigation.
