张恒作为郑爽参演《倩女幽魂》的经纪人，负责相关演艺合同签订、片酬商谈、合同拆分、催款收款等事宜，并具体策划起草“增资协议”，设立“掩护公司”，掩盖“天价片酬”，规避行业主管部门监管，帮助郑爽逃避履行纳税义务。
