11月6日，四川成都一高校内，不少包括厨师在内的后勤人员因为“黄码”不能入校，为了解决师生们的吃饭问题，45名烹饪专业同学“紧急上岗”，志愿为同学们做饭和打饭，获得一致好评。
A college canteen in Chengdu in Southwest China's Sichuan province welcomed a batch of "fill-in chefs" on Nov 6 — 45 students majoring in cuisine — who volunteered to help prepare the meals for the campus as the canteen staff members were quarantined due to the epidemic.
据悉，此事发生在四川成都银杏酒店管理学院。该学院工作人员吴老师告诉记者，6日上午，部分师生和后勤人员健康码变黄，后勤人员无法进入校园，食堂人手告急，而此时距离学生用餐时间不到3小时。
学校紧急向学生们发起志愿倡议，很快，酒店管理系烹饪专业45名同学及来自各系的86名志愿者共计131人，参与到相应工作中。烹饪班的同学在食堂帮忙做了午饭和晚饭，此外学校的超市、购物点等处也有学生志愿者工作。
According to Jimu News, some chefs had yellow health codes and couldn't resume work on the campus, causing a shortage of hands at the canteen. To guarantee meal supplies, instructors and professors initiated a campaign calling for volunteers. With lunchtime only 3 hours away, 131 volunteers, including 45 culinary majors, offered to fill the need. Besides preparing lunch and dinner for diners, the volunteers also engaged in work inside supermarket and shopping sites.
网传视频显示，一个食堂餐台上摆满了冒着热气的各式饭菜，穿着食堂工作服的学生，正在给同学们盛菜打饭，不仅分量足，而且花样繁多。

也有同学称给的饭菜分量十足，“动作麻利手不抖”。
"These student chefs don't have a 'shaking hand' and give us good quantities of food," said a student, referring to the satire of some chefs whose hands are too shaky to serve a full spoon of food.
该校吕同学告诉记者，大多数志愿者是通过学校青年志愿者协会接到的通知。据她了解，当天在食堂不仅有烹饪班的同学去做菜，还有很多其他系的志愿者承担了洗刷碗盘和打扫食堂卫生的工作。
Most volunteers received the helping message from the volunteering association at the college, a student surnamed Lyu told Jimu News. Besides cooking dishes, many volunteers from other school departments also assisted in cleaning the canteen, she said.
虽然这是学生们第一次“上岗”，但现场秩序井然，后厨、出餐、舀饭每个步骤都被安排得明明白白。
番茄炒蛋、麻婆豆腐、泡椒血旺、炝炒藕丁、甜品、面食等美食也广受好评。
据悉，目前，食堂员工们已回到岗位，一切恢复正常。
