知情人士向@中国日报 透露，近日，一名中国赴澳大利亚留学生在悉尼国际机场入境时遭澳方无端盘查，后被遣返。
据悉，该名留学生从自助通道入境，提取行李后，被澳边境执法人员拦截盘问并检查其手机和行李，但未查到违法违规物品。澳执法人员将中国高校组织军训认定为所谓“军事训练”，以其隐瞒所谓“军事训练”经历为由拒绝入境并当场取消签证。中国驻澳使领馆已第一时间向该学生提供领事协助。
Recently, a Chinese student was interrogated by Australian law enforcement personnel at the border entrance at Sydney Airport, and the student's cellphone and luggage were checked.
After no illegal items were found, the Australian law enforcement personnel refused to allow the student to enter and canceled the student's visa, accusing the student of hiding the experience of military training in college.
消息人士还表示，一个月前，另一名中国赴澳留学生在悉尼国际机场入境时遭澳边境执法人员无端盘查，后被遣返。该留学生从自助通道入境时未能通过，后经人工通道入境。但在提取行李时，澳方边境执法人员对其进行拦截，详细盘问情况并查验行李和电子设备。澳方在手机中发现其在中国国内就读大学期间部分军训照片，以其隐瞒所谓“军事训练”经历为由拒绝入境，当场通知其签证被取消并原路遣返。
澳方所作所为损害中国赴澳留学人员正当合法权益，不得不让人怀疑其背后存在政治目的。外交部及中国驻澳使领馆均已向澳方提出严正交涉，敦促澳方立即停止无端盘查甚至遣返中国赴澳留学人员，切实保障中方相关人员正当合法权益。

教育部及外交部、驻澳使领馆已多次发布预警，提示中国留学生赴澳留学可能遭遇的相关风险，建议稳妥选择海外留学目的地，加强自我防范和保护意识。
