最新报道揭露，美国国家安全局（NSA）曾在30天内远程窃取了970亿条全球互联网数据和1240亿条电话记录。

3月22日，360公司披露了美国国家安全局针对中国境内目标所使用的代表性网络武器——量子攻击平台的技术特点。美国利用这一技术对世界各国访问美国社交媒体的互联网用户发起网络攻击，中国社交软件也是其攻击目标。

对此，外交部发言人汪文斌称：“这意味着无论你是谁，无论你在世界的哪个角落，只要你使用网络社交平台，背后就都可能有个‘老大’在盯着你。”

"This means no matter who you are and where you are, Big Brother is probably watching you whenever you log on to a social media platform."

信息安全新媒体“安在”近日发布报告指出，美国国家安全局下属的接入技术行动处（TAO）持续对全球互联网用户实施无差别数据窃密。

接入技术行动处的主要职责是利用互联网秘密获取对手的内幕情报。具体包括秘密侵入目标国家的关键信息基础设施和重要互联网信息系统、破解窃取账号密码、突破或破坏对手计算机安全防护系统、监听网络流量等。

根据爱德华·斯诺登披露的内幕情报，仅在2011年，美国国家安全局就组织实施了至少231次网络攻击行动，攻击行动的主要目标包括中国、俄罗斯、伊朗和朝鲜等国家。

美国在背后盯着什么？美国国家安全局窃取的数据包括账号和密码、办公和私人文档、网络通讯信息、电子邮件等。这种攻击是无差别的，可以劫持全世界任意地区任意上网用户的正常网页浏览流量。

美国国家情报总监海恩斯曾表示：“评估（《美国情报界年度威胁评估》）列出了重点威胁国，其中排在首位的是中国，中国仍然是情报界的优先目标。”

为达到美国政府情报收集目的，360发现，美国国安局组织对中国境内目标的攻击包括政府、金融、科研院所、军工、航空航天等行业，占比重较大的是高科技领域。

在各种来自国家政府的网络攻击中，中断基础设施是首选目标。因为一旦对电力、交通、医院等涉及民生的领域进行网络攻击，可能导致社会运行瘫痪，甚至造成社会动荡。
