近日，在法国诺曼底Falaise风电场举办的开放日活动中，来自佩兰园小学的40余名小学生现场参观了风机，学习了清洁能源知识，并共同演唱了在中国深受欢迎的歌曲《孤勇者》。
During the Falaise Wind Farm’s open day held by China General Nuclear Power Group in Normandy, France, more than 40 primary school students from Ecole Primaire Publique le Clos Perrine visited wind machines, learned about clean energy, and sang the song "Lonely Warrior," which is quite popular in China.
A 9-year-old boy named Natan said he was glad to learn the Chinese song and he can feel the courage and positive nature of its lyrics.
Having learned about the meaning of the lyrics, a girl named Julie said her favorite line is "who said only those standing in the light are heroes?". It makes her feel powerful.
Veronique Crayon-Rivoalen, the school's principal, said that children love the song very much due to its inspiring melody and uplifting lyrics.
In order to master it, they put in the French phonetic symbols, and practiced wherever they are on campus or at home. In just one month, all the children and even several parents had learned the song.
China General Nuclear Power Group has been committed to its operation as well as corporate social responsibility in France. It has launched an array of CSR activities, which focus on issues that triggered heated public discussion such as energy transformation, biodiversity protection, cultural integration and community participation.
So far, CGN has held the event of wind farms' open day for five consecutive years.
