医用酒精不得带入高铁，旅客在旅途中如有消毒需求可使用消毒湿巾、消毒棉片等替代。

Rubbing alcohol is not allowed to be brought onto high-speed rails. If passengers need disinfection during their journey, they can use alcohol wipes instead.

需要注意的是，消毒凝胶属于“含易燃成分的非自喷压力容器日用品”，在安检中是“限制随身携带的物品”，因此每位旅客限带1件，而且单体容器容积不能超过100毫升。

At security checkpoints, disinfectant gels are considered flammable components that are "limited to carry-on items". Each passenger is limited to carrying one of them, and the volume of a single container cannot exceed 100ml.
