嫌疑人被抓获
A person suspected of killing seven people and injuring 11 was grabbed by police in Lyuliang city, Shanxi province, the local government released on Sunday.
5月14日，山西吕梁兴县人民政府新闻办公室发布通报称，2023年5月13日下午2时许，兴县奥家湾乡发生一起重大刑事案件。经初步查明，犯罪嫌疑人郭某亮（男，27岁）因感情纠纷在奥家湾乡沟门前村将郭某英（女，21岁）致伤，将裴某英（郭某英的婆婆）、蒋某龙（郭某英的丈夫）、蒋某宸（郭某英的儿子）杀害。随后，郭某亮驾驶一辆白色小轿车逃窜，将1名出警人员和13名行人撞倒。截至目前，该案件共致7人死亡，11人受伤。目前，犯罪嫌疑人已被警方抓获，案件正在进一步侦查中。省市县有关部门已成立联合工作专班，全力开展相关处置工作。
According to the release, a man surnamed Guo, 27, injured a 21-year-old woman as a result of an emotional dispute in Xingxian county, Lyuliang, on Saturday afternoon and thereafter killed her mother-in-law, her husband and her son. After that, the suspect drove to escape, during which he hit a police officer and 13 passerbys. Altogether, seven died and 11 were injured.
The case is still under further investigation and a joint task force has been set up to carry out relative work, the release said.
