Themed around the Year of the Dragon, the main visual design of China Daily's special edition for the Spring Festival seamlessly merges the Chinese knot with the soaring form of the Chinese dragon. Multiple auspicious dragons intertwine, creating a symbolic Chinese knot that represents good fortune and prosperity.
龙能上天入海，所以“九宫格”的顶端用龙身与祥云结合，底部则将龙身与水纹结合，设计上处处蕴含巧思。
Leveraging the dragon's ability to traverse both sky and sea, the top section of the design integrates the dragon's body with auspicious clouds, while the bottom combines the dragon's form with rippling water, infusing the design with cultural ingenuity.
头版这张神采飞扬的龙首插画，区别于传统的画法，采用现代设计感的元素和色块，既彰显东方韵味，也接轨国际潮流。
Diverging from traditional artistic techniques, the main visual illustration incorporates modern design elements and vibrant color blocks, not only showcasing the "oriental beauty", but also serves as a metaphorical "window of aesthetics" through which the world can understand China.
