19日，贵州省高级人民法院对上诉人余华英拐卖17名儿童案作出二审宣判，驳回上诉，维持原判，判处余华英死刑，剥夺政治权利终身。
The Guizhou High People's Court has sentenced Yu Huaying, who was charged with abducting and trafficking children, rejecting Yu's appeal and upholding the death sentence in the first trial on Thursday.
