Chinese rapper Dong Baoshi, also known as Gem, issued an apology early Friday following rumors of a drunken incident. He explained that after finishing work on Dec 3, he attended a dinner where he had some drinks. While walking with colleagues afterward, he accidentally hit a parked car.
"Emotionally overwhelmed and under the influence of alcohol, I used my body to strike the car, causing a disturbance. I accepted administrative penalties afterward," said Dong.
