毛宁表示，TikTok在美国运营多年，深受美国用户的喜爱，为促进美国国内的就业，拉动消费都发挥了积极的作用。希望美方能够认真倾听理性的声音，为各国市场主体在美国的经营提供开放、公平、公正和非歧视的营商环境。
A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said on Monday that the United States should listen carefully to rational voices and provide an open, fair, just, and non-discriminatory business environment for market entities from various countries operating in the United States.
Spokesperson Mao Ning made the remarks in response to TikTok's resumption of services in the United States.
"TikTok has been operating in the United States for many years and is deeply loved by American users," Mao said.
"It has played a positive role in promoting domestic employment and driving consumption in the US," she added.
毛宁表示，对于企业的运营和收购这一类的行为，我们始终认为应当根据市场的原则，由企业自主决定。如果涉及中国企业，应当符合中国的法律法规。
