小红书上爆火，有人跟风炫耀！网友：可以去派出所过年了……

临近过年，在小红书平台上，有不少网友用烟花爆竹炸面粉，制造酷炫氛围感，拍成视频上传到平台炫耀。

其中，部分帖子点赞已达上万。有网友分享了“二踢脚炸面粉”的拍摄教程：“花炸得多大取决于面粉放了多少”，甚至还有部分未成年人在拍视频模仿。

As the Spring Festival approaches, the app Rednote has seen many users use fireworks to ignite flour, some of which have received tens of thousands of likes. A user even shared a tutorial, saying, "The size of the explosion depends on how much flour is used."

“二踢脚炸面粉”真的安全吗？据都市快报消息，都市快报的调查栏目——橙调队联合杭州滨江区消防救援大队，做了一次烟花爆竹粉尘爆炸的实验。

实验现场，消防队员准备了5斤面粉，面粉堆的中央，放了一个小型二踢脚爆竹。

消防队员引燃爆竹后撤离，3秒后，爆竹爆炸，瞬间引燃周围面粉，粉尘爆炸产生的火焰呈蘑菇云状腾空而起，有近5米的高度，引燃了附近的易燃物，产生大量的火焰。

At the experimental site, firefighters prepped 2.5kg of flour, with a small double-cracker firework in the center. 3 seconds post ignition, firework exploded, spreading fire to surrounding flour. Dust explosion led to flames up to 5m, igniting nearby flammable materials, causing a large blaze.

滨江区消防救援大队副大队长章一立表示：“我们也留意到，网络上有一些网友，觉得这样的爆炸好玩，实际上这样的行为暗含极大的危险性。”

章队长说，粉尘爆炸瞬间产生的温度很高，极易将人体灼伤，引燃周围可燃物，“不稳定因素高、可控性差，很容易因操作不当，产生不可挽回的危害”。

“如果造成一定的财产损失，尚不构成犯罪的，需要对违法人员进行十日以上、十五日以下行政拘留；构成犯罪的，则为三年以上、十年以下。”章队长提醒。

Firefighters said that some netizens find such explosions entertaining, but in reality, this behavior carries significant risks. The temperatures generated by a dust explosion are extremely high and can easily cause severe burns to the body while igniting surrounding flammable materials.

If the behavior results in property damage but does not constitute a crime, individuals involved could face administrative detention for 10-15 days. If it constitutes a crime, the penalty could range from 3-10 years of imprisonment.

此前，烟花点燃粉尘已有不少惨痛教训。

2021年4月23日，河南驻马店一村民的婚礼现场，为寓意新人白头偕老，有村民撒起了面粉，正在燃放的烟花引燃了空中的粉尘，产生了剧烈爆炸。

At a wedding in Zhumadian, Henan province on April 23, 2021, villagers scattered flour as a symbolic gesture wishing the newly-married couple a long and happy life forever. However, the flour was ignited by fireworks, triggering a violent dust explosion.

2024年12月，哈尔滨市公安局在开展打击整治烟花爆竹专项行动时，查处多起在居民区内非法储存烟花爆竹的违法行为，其中一起案件中，违法行为人竟将面粉和烟花爆竹堆放在一起。

民警依法对烟花爆竹进行了收缴。目前，该违法行为人已被警方依法行政拘留。

During a special campaign to crack down on illegal activities involving fireworks and firecrackers, the Harbin Public Security Bureau uncovered cases of unlawful storage of fireworks in residential areas in December 2024. In one case, flour was found stored with fireworks and firecrackers, leading to the confiscation of the fireworks by the police.
