近日，网友@黄毛毛111 含泪讲述因脚本沟通不畅，张大大在酒店对她展开了长达两小时的“残忍折磨”。她还控诉受到张大大的签约公司无忧传媒威胁。被张大大殴打之后不给任何解决方案，还威胁开除她，并且不会给任何赔偿。当她想离开时，一度受到阻止，无忧传媒方面强制要求她删除视频。
A social media user accused Chinese host Zhang Wei, also known as Zhang Dada, of subjecting her to two hours of cruel mistreatment at a hotel due to script-related disputes. She also claimed that her employer, Joy Media, threatened her with dismissal, refused compensation, and pressured her to delete a video.
Additionally, she alleged that Zhang sent unidentified individuals to her home late at night to bang on her door.

近日，关于“我司员工被艺人霸凌”一事，公司在事件发生第一时间已成立专项小组，着手处理此事，现就具体情况说明如下:
唐某原任“张某工作室”编导一职，在2024年10月27日北京出差期间，与张某因脚本修改产生分歧，遭到言语攻击，但是否发生肢体接触侵犯，双方各执一词，我司未能获得可信证据。公司获悉此事后高度重视，主动联系唐某了解事情原委，而后持续对其进行安慰疏导，并在充分理解尊重前提下积极推动当事方协商解决方案。
鉴于此事调查仍在进行当中，经公司慎重考虑，无忧传媒暂停与张某的一切业务开展，并将持续彻查此事。
就唐某与艺人纠纷一事，公司将进行深刻反思并从中吸取教训。重视员工与艺人的权益保护，通过对话和协商解决问题，坚决反对一切形式的职场霸凌，同时，公司将对所有主播达人和员工进行宣传培训，提升大家的法律意识和职业道德水平，确保类似事件不再发生，促进公司健康发展。
In the early hours of Sunday, Joy Media issued a statement saying there is no credible evidence regarding physical conflict and that the matter is under investigation. The company has suspended all business activities with Zhang Wei and pledged to continue its inquiry.
Zhang Wei, born on Nov 2, 1990, in Shanghai, is a Chinese television host.
Joy Media is an internet-focused talent agency involved in livestreaming, short videos, and e-commerce.
