中国—中东欧国家合作官网显示，华春莹已任中国—中东欧国家合作秘书处秘书长。

The official website for Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) shows that Hua Chunying has been appointed as the secretary-general of the Secretariat of China-CEEC Cooperation.

官方信息显示：华春莹，女，汉族，1970年4月生，大学毕业，中共党员，外交部部党委委员、副部长。

Born in 1970 in Huaian, Jiangsu province, Hua graduated from Nanjing University and currently holds the position of vice-minister of China's Foreign Ministry.

原中国—中东欧国家合作秘书处秘书长，由外交部副部长邓励兼任，他已出任‍‍‍‍中国驻法国大使。

据介绍，中国—中东欧国家合作秘书处是中方机构，设在中国外交部，负责协调中国—中东欧国家领导人会晤、国家协调员会议等重大活动的筹备、举办和成果落实，协调组织经贸论坛等各类合作机制活动，以及沟通协调中国—中东欧国家合作其他各类事宜。秘书处设秘书长、执行秘书长、副秘书长。秘书处办公室设在外交部欧洲司，负责处理日常事务。

The Secretariat of China-CEEC Cooperation is a Chinese institution under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. Its functions cover preparation for and staging of major events such as the Leaders' Summits and National Coordinators' Meeting, as well as the follow-up actions, coordinating and organizing activities of mechanisms such as the Economic and Trade Forum, and coordination and communication for other matters of China-CEEC Cooperation.
