3月28日，缅甸实皆省发生7.9级地震。缅甸领导人敏昂莱发表电视讲话称，缅甸地震已导致该国144人死亡，732人受伤。
At least 144 people were killed and 732 injured in Myanmar after a 7.9-magnitude earthquake jolted the country on Friday, the Information Team of Myanmar's State Administration Council reported.
截至目前，地震造成缅甸实皆省、曼德勒省和掸邦等多地建筑损毁，桥梁、道路等基础设施不同程度受损，周边部分国家有不同程度震感。
29日凌晨6时30分许，中国云南救援医疗队一行37人携带全功能生命探测仪、地震预警系统、便携式卫星、无人机等应急救援物资，从昆明长水国际机场乘飞机出发，赶赴缅甸地震灾区。
At 6:30 am on Saturday, a rescue and medical team of 37 members departed from the Changshui International Airport in Kunming, Yunnan province, for the earthquake-stricken area in Myanmar.
They carried a large amount of emergency search and rescue equipment and relief supplies such as full-function life detectors, earthquake early warning systems, portable satellites and drones, Xinhua News Agency reported.

我外交部：尚未收到中国公民因地震死亡报告
中国驻缅甸等国家使领馆第一时间启动应急机制，密切关注地震灾情和当地中国公民受灾情况，全力以赴开展应急处置和安全保护工作。目前暂未收到中国公民死亡报告。外交部和中国驻相关国家使领馆提醒当地中国公民注意以下事项：
一、加强自身安全防范，及时了解掌握地震自救知识，适当储备饮用水、食品、防灾急救用品等应急物资。
二、密切关注地震动态、气象预警和防灾信息，保持通信畅通，防范余震及山体滑坡、火灾、传染性疾病等次生灾害。
三、遵从当地政府疏散安排和撤离指引，积极配合现场管理人员指挥，尽快转移至安全地带。
